brian draa

hello, i'm brian. i'm a cryptic nut from pittsburgh, pennsylvania who has been constructing since february of last year. it was a great honor to get to work with steve, someone all of us american constructors look up to. this puzzle had been in process for a long time. i had originally intended to put it out for pride month this year (HA!). it's my first variety. i really have a deeper appreciation for steve's output now. i won't even tell you how many times i had to completely rebuild the grid from scratch before something coherent came together. if you like this puzzle why not check out my website, crosswordradio.com. thanks again to taylor, shannon, and steve!

kaye barton

kaye barton is a crossword streamer and constructor from wichita, kansas. she loves movies and filmmaking and couldn’t pass up submitting to this theme.

“this theme idea came from a dumb joke related to one of my favorite movies. i could have done something artful and poignant to really celebrate the craft of filmmaking, but you got this instead. It can’t all be cinema, right? #Scorsese”
